Join our online creative “sangha” (community)—a nurturing space where mindfulness and creativity come together. Each session begins with a guided meditation or gentle breathing practice to center and inspire. From there, we transition into an art-making experience designed to encourage intuitive exploration and self-expression.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or completely new to creative practices, this community welcomes you to work at your own pace and in your own style. Together, we cultivate a supportive environment where ideas flow freely, and the focus is on the process rather than the outcome.
Share your reflections, connect with like-minded individuals, and enjoy the collective energy of creating in community. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice, unlock your creativity, and discover new insights about yourself and your art.
